Listing Transfer Utility

The purpose of the listing transfer feature is to transfer one or many listings from one real estate agent to another. The reasons and the process behind this feature(before redesigning) were convoluted and accuracy is a high priority for this functionality. In order to clarify the process and reduce user errors, I redesigned the process to follow a simple wizard format as seen below.
